- Appointment from 7am on the beach of Talloires to remove the bibs
- D+: 1980 m
- Individual departure between 7am and 8am
- Imperative: arrive at the top before 12:30 p.m. to obtain the "Diploma of "Finisher"
- Your photo at the top
- Backpack with drink, small "in case" and warm clothing recommended
- Be careful no shuttle at Pré Vérel for the descent to Talloires-Montmin.
- Meals at the Chalet de l'Aulp
