POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION
In case of bad weather, the concert will be postponed to the following day.
In case of cancellation by the organizer:
For all tickets bought in La FNAC and FRANCE BILLETS, the demand of refund is directly with la FNAC and FRANCE BILLETS.
For all tickets bought at Tourist office of Talloires and Veyrier-du-Lac or www.talloires.fr, the demand has to be made with the Tourist office of Talloires in writing and before September 30th.
Any demand formulated after this date will not be considered.
The refund will be made under 60 days.
For the refund we will require the following:
The request form of refund duly filled ·
The originals of tickets or confiamtion mail in case of on-line booking ·
