Canyoning
Canyoning is a nature-based activity related to potholing, rambling, climbing and mountaineering on the one hand and to white water sports on the other hand. It is a recreational water-based activity whose inspiration comes from following the water's path through the depths of majestic sunken gorges.
Walking along the banks, adseiling down waterfalls, jumping into deep pools, swimming and tobogganing in "natural waterworlds".
These canyons must not be missed
The Angon canyon: this is the "must" for the region, with stretches of 55m of abseiling for the integrated sessions and jumps and toboggans for the downhill "discovery" session.
Duration 2h30 or 4h30 (integrate downhill). This is without a doubt the most varied and aesthetically appealing canyon and it will delight novices and those with experience of canyoning alike.
The Montmin canyon: this is an unspoilt, tough and physically challenging canyon. Participants will really enjoy the series of toboggans and jumps. Duration : 3h.
